Plans & billing
Limits, features, upgrading and downgrading.
Your team's plan decides its limits and features. Owners manage it under Settings → Billing.
Limits
| Limit | Counts |
|---|---|
| Team members | Members, including pending invitations. |
| Content types | Per environment. |
| Entries | Per environment. |
| Media storage | Total size of the media library. |
| API keys | Active keys. |
| API requests | Requests a minute, per API key. See rate limits. |
Content is counted in production. When you reach a limit, the dashboard tells you how much is left and offers an upgrade.
Features
Some features are part of some plans only: the staging environment, custom domains, custom roles, email marketing, extra languages and workflows. A feature that isn't in your plan shows a lock, and choosing it explains which plans include it.
Changing plans
- Switching between paid plans is prorated. A first subscription goes through secure checkout with Stripe.
- Moving to a free plan doesn't need checkout.
- Plans with a trial give new subscriptions that many days free.
Downgrading and cancelling
When you cancel, you keep everything you've paid for until the end of the period. Then your team moves to the free plan.
Nothing is ever deleted when you move to a smaller plan. If you're over a limit, you just can't add more until you're under it again.
